Program Information
Quantum Fitness continually strives to provide top quality fitness programs that are not
only popular and fun, but healthy and proven fitness successes. Here is a list of the
programs currently offered at Quantum Fitness. Follow the individual links for more
detailed information including photos.
Quantum Physique
What do you do in Quantum Physique?
BEGINNER: The class is based on exercises that focus on the core, gluts and legs. We do work at the
barre and also on a mat. All exercises are easy to learn and appropriate for people of all fitness levels.
Men and women will enjoy the class. The beginner level class gives participants a basic understanding of
what is involved in the exercises and what they should feel (which muscles they should be using.)
We are hoping to give the beginners a foundation to build on and give them a feeling of achievement as well.
ADVANCED: The advance class will be higher reps, more cardio and faster paced. We want to give them a
challenge and energize the class. Fewer options will be given in the advanced class as less time will be spent
on set-up. The advanced class lasts 40 mins. Participants in the advanced class should have some experience
in the beginner and open classes before attending. It is not a matter of "fitness" with respect to the advanced
class but a matter of physique experience which is the key.
OPEN: The open class is right in the middle of the two. More options will be given and a general survey
of the participants level of experience will be assessed by the instructor. All levels of experience are welcome.
The open class is more challenging than the beginner class but less so than the advanced. The open level class is
a great way to step up your level of challenge and at the same time feel fulfilled and capable.

Hot Yoga
Hot yoga - postures address every bodily system including the digestive, respiratory,
circulatory, immune, endocrine, lymphatic, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems.
It stretches and strengthens every muscle, ligament and joint in the body. The postures
work synergistically and cumulatively to warm up the muscles and joints for the next
posture--working the organs, glands and nervous system in a systematic way.
Thus, returning the body into balance.
Get deeper into your yoga with the added HEAT and humidity in the studio - temps around 32 degrees or warmer!
this class is an hour and fifteen minutes that you're going to love!

Please bring a yoga mat, small and large towel and a full water bottle. Rental and purchase of above is also an option.

Group Ride
Group Ride is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 900 in a single class.
