After our marathon of classes tomorrow night, we would like to invite everyone to stay for wine and cheese and visits. Hope to see everyone there!

The time has come, our last night of classes will be Monday May 10, 2010. The schedule for the class marathon is posted, but after that there will no longer be ANY classes offered at quantum fitness.

Quantum Fitness after 26 years is closing its doors.  Our location has been bought out by World Gym.  Our last day of classes will be Monday May 10^th – we will enjoy a big celebration on our last evening (watch schedule for details)!!! Join us to say your good-byes.  World Gym and both of its fabulous locations are happy to have each and every one of us effective immediately!! You will see many familiar faces there including; staff, instructors, trainers and friends.  Those of you who have been paying monthly membership fees will not be charged by anyone until September 1, 2010 at which time your payments will begin for a one year period.  We have negotiated an amazing rate for quantum clients of $54.  This price includes all classes (+ hot yoga and q-physique), towel service and all of the benefits of a new facility!!! Those of you who had purchased 2 for 1 memberships that were to expire in January 2011 can go to World Gym at no cost until the end of your 2 for 1 membership – at which time your one year contract will begin.  For those of you who are interested in sampling World Gym’s facilities there is a 2-week period where all contracts can be terminated. 

All Clients that will be taking advantage of this great deal are required to pick up their membership transfer package from Quantum Fitness and present it to either World Gym locations.

Note: Pilates classes at quantum and outdoor bootcamps will run as scheduled till the end of June 2010.

this class is so awesome - you look taller and slimmer in just a few classes.  anyone can do pilates - so good for your back and neck; even those with injuries can do this great class...

Quantum Fitness is pleased to annouce a new pilates class starting Thursday April 15th at 7:00pm for 10 weeks.

The cost for this class is only $120.00, and no gym membership is required.
